Since payment is collected on the day of the tour, a full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs before the guide and client meet in person

If a tour must end early, refunds will be provided on a pro-rated basis:

Less than half of the tour completed: 50% refund

More than half of the tour completed: 25% refund

Entry tickets:

If tickets have not yet been purchased, any related fees will be refunded in full.

If tickets have already been purchased, these fees are non-refundable.

If you need to change dates, times, or participant numbers, please inform us as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our partners.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Last-minute changes cannot always be accommodated.

Because we block times and days for clients, you must inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Early notice allows us to adjust schedules and minimize the impact on our guides and partner arrangements.

We may need to cancel or modify services due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, partner unavailability, or safety concerns.In such cases, we will offer a full refund or propose an alternative arrangement whenever possible.
